Imagine jazz melodies floating through the warm Corfiot evening air, as the sun dips below the horizon and sailing boats sway gently in the marina. Welcome to Jazz in the Heart of Corfu: Seaside Sessions at Marina Benitses—a hidden musical gem in the music island of Greece.
Following three sold-out seasons, our pop-up jazz club returns for another unforgettable summer together, this time at the picturesque Marina Benitses. This unique harbor, once a filming location for My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, offers the perfect backdrop for a night of music, storytelling, and connection. Nestled in the heart of a traditional fishing village, this “living room” by the sea invites you to experience Corfu like a local.
From 19:00 onwards, Sofia, your host and storyteller, and a curated lineup of local jazz talent welcome you to a relaxed and intimate setting. Enjoy three vibrant performances as the sun reflects off the Ionian Sea, paired with delicious local offerings and stories about the island and its unique rich music culture.
Whether you’re a jazz enthusiast or a curious traveler, this is more than just a concert—it’s a cultural encounter wrapped in music and Mediterranean charm.

Our experience takes place at our own spot inside Benitses Marina. You may reach our unique spot in the Heart of Corfu by car/taxi or by public transportation.
– By Car. Benitses Marina is a 20 min drive from Corfu Town, on the way to one of the island’s most beloved seaside villages, Benitses. Corfiot taxi or uber drivers know exactly where we are located and will bring you safely at our door – and back. You may park your car inside the Marina, there are limited spots available for our guests.
Otherwise, there is a municipality parking on the other side of the Marina, as well as free street parking just outside the entrance of the Marina.

I am a musician and music events manager, organizing for more than eleven years small and large scale concerts in unique, alternative places around Amsterdam and Utrecht with the best talent there is.
Being raised in Corfu and having a deep knowledge of my island’s unique music culture, this summer I want to share this with the world.
Through my companies, aMUSE events&artists (NL) and Corfu Music Experiences (GRE), I love blending different cultures through music and thus creating a unique music experience for both the artists and the audience.
